Born in Spain, I have lived around the world and have called the US East Coast home for the past 45 years. That international perspective informs how I work across cultures, teams, and markets.

I assess how strategy, responsibilities, processes, and information systems work together, then identify the changes required to support business priorities.

Across four decades at Tripmasters, I helped grow a one-room startup into a multi-continent operation. My work ranged from costing and reconciliation to leading the Europe division as Division Director, implementing enterprise systems, and, most recently, serving as Chief Product Officer.

I believe leadership should leave people better equipped to lead the work themselves. Clear responsibilities, useful information, and a well-built operating system make that possible.
