Across four decades at Tripmasters, I helped grow a one-room startup into a multi-continent operation. My work ranged from costing and reconciliation to leading the Europe division, implementing enterprise systems, and serving as Chief Product Officer & Division Systems Lead.

I believe leadership should leave people better equipped to lead the work themselves. Clear responsibilities, useful information, and a well-built operating system make that possible.
